PREPARATION:

Cooking instructions:  Grill 

From frozen, mediunm 15-17mins. Preheat the grill, place the sausages onto the wire rack of a grill pan and cook turning occasionally.

Cooking instructions: Oven

From frozen, 180°c/Fan 140°c/ Gas Mark 4. 17-19 minutes. Place on baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn occasionally. 

Cooking instructions: Frying

Shallow fry - From frozen: medium 13-15 minutes. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, place the sausages in the pan and cook. Turning occasionally.
