PREPARATION:
Cooking instructions: Grill
For best results grill 20-25 minutes. Place under a pre-heated grill. Turn once halfway through cooking time. Leave to stand for 5 minute after cooking.
Cooking instructions: Oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C / Fan 180°C / Gas mark 4. Cook the burgers for 18-20 minutes turning occasionally.
Cooking instructions: Frying
Cook on a medium heat and be aware that due to the incredible marbling in wagyu more fat will be released by the burger. Use this fat to baste the burger for maximum flavour. Once piping hot throughout remove the burger from the pan and allow it to rest. Cooking time should be between 5-8 minutes each side.
Cooking instruction: BBQ
Cook for 6-7 minutes per side for 12 - 14 minutes in total, however, due to high levels of marbling in wagyu beef for best results we don't recommend cooking by BBQ.

STORAGE:
If purchased frozen, store below -18°C and consume by the use by date. Defrost in the refrigerator before cooking and consume within 5 days. Not suitable for refreezing.
If purchased chilled, store below 5°c in the refrigerator and consume by the use by date. Not suitable for freezing.
