PREPARATION:

Shallow fry: From Chilled

Preheat the frying pan until hot. Remove all packaging, add a little oil to the pan and add the steak to the pan, drizzling the marinade over the steak. Heat the Steak for approximately 2-2 1/2 minutes per side caramelising the marinade. Allow to rest for 2 minutes and serve.
