PREPARATION:

Cooking instructions:

Oven: 150°C/ fan 140°C/ gas mark 3. 12-18 mins. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn occasionally.

Frying: Cook on a low heat, half what you would fry an ordinary burger at. Let the burger slowly brown and flip until cooked through. Due to incredible marbling more fat will come off the burger which you should use to baste it while it cooks. Once piping hot throughout then remove the burger from the pan and allow it to rest. Cooking time should be between 3-6 minutes each side.

For best results GRILL: 18-24 mins. Place under a pre-heated grill. Turn once halfway through cooking time. Leave to stand for 5 minutes after cooking.

BBQ: Cook for 4-5 minutes per side for 8-10 minutes in total.
